Barry A. Boyles, Co-founder and President
Barry co-founded Carciba Business Services and serves as President, overseeing all day-to-day activities of the company. He has served in a human resources management capacity for over 20 years with large, small and medium sized companies. His experience ranges from working in an organizational development capacity of a Fortune 500 company, creating human resource departments for small companies and designing a human resource outsourcing division for a multi-state association.
In addition to human resources, he has served as the head of customer relations, training & development, operations, strategic planning and other business capacities in his career. He knows what it takes to create a business from the ground up and make it successful.
His specialty is making a business grow from the perspective of utilizing its’ human capital to the fullest extent possible. For virtually all companies, human capital is the most costly area of business and getting the highest return possible on this asset is the driving force behind all that Barry focuses on. He is a business practitioner at heart who happens to focus on the human resource side of the equation. He has worked in all areas under the human resource umbrella and as such can assist with any human resource need your company may have.
Barry received his B.A. from Hanover College in Psychology and earned his M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Mississippi State University. Barry is an avid golfer and accomplished chef.

Cindy Boyles, Co-founder and Vice President
Cindy co-founded Carciba Services and has 19 years experience in human resources, over 14 years in a managerial role. She has worked with firms in the fields of high tech, medical technology, online services and financial services, in companies both private and public.
Cindy has experience in the full range of human resource areas, including recruitment, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, retention strategy, compensation and benefits. She has worked in a management position within a Fortune 100 company overseeing four offices, and has previously created human resource services and executive recruitment firms within other organizations.
Cindy received her B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Business Administration and has earned the Senior Professional In Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. She is a Development Dimensions International (DDI) certified trainer. A Georgia native, Cindy enjoys gardening and playing with her two children.

Vicki Keane, PHR
Vicki is an HR professional with over 18 years of progressive responsibility and experience in human resource management, payroll and benefits administration. She started in 1991 with GE Computer Services, a Division of GE Capital, in the Payroll Department and was promoted to various HR Specialist positions with increasing responsibility. Since 1998, Vicki has worked in the realm of outsourced human resources as a Senior HR Manager supporting countless businesses from various industries. Her exceptional people skills, superior work ethic and genuine care have made her a respected HR business partner and valued asset to her clients.
Since joining Carciba Business Services in 2008 Vicki has become a key member of the team. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, compliance, performance management systems and training. Vicki has extensive experience with harassment investigations, employee discipline and coaching, management development and employee compliance training. Vicki’s knowledge and experience span all aspects of HR, Payroll and Benefits. Vicki resides in northern Gwinnett County where she is an avid fan of her son’s little league baseball team and enjoys managing the teams’ dugout.

Paula Wood, Recruiter
Paula Wood is an Experienced Staffing, Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Consultant with more than 16 years experience. With a strong background in a broad cross-section of industries including internet, information technology, healthcare, finance, engineering, telecommunications, manufacturing, fleet transportation, logistics and marketing. She started in 1993 in Atlanta in the temporary staffing industry, progressed into the agency and then settled into the corporate environment before starting her family. Her highly autonomous nature and strong energy has allowed her to represent Carciba Business Services and work with our clients since 2005.
Paula’s specialties include: the ability to effectively understand an organization’s business objectives, human capital needs, culture, and candidate selection criteria and processes. She has creative sourcing and networking ability and is always staying on top the industries top trends. She has been successful in meeting budget constraints for high-volume hiring needs within short timeframes, excellent project management, leadership, customer relations, and facilitation skills.

Wendy Goddard, Director of Business Development
Wendy joined Carciba as the Director of Business Development in 2009. She has a broad spectrum of experience ranging from business ownership, pediatric medicine to HR. She has 7 years experience in sales, marketing and new business development with two years experience in the HR Outsourcing industry.
Wendy enjoys the personal aspect of sales. She enjoys getting to know her prospects and clients and is skilled at discovering their true needs and desires. She finds satisfaction in meeting the clients needs while exceeding expectations. Wendy’s outgoing personality lends to her ability to develop strong relationships. She is competitive with an above and beyond mentality which is exhibited in her can do attitude and strengthened by her excellent problem solving skills.
Wendy’s greatest accomplishment is found in her two teen age children. She enjoys spending time with her family, outside activities, event planning and cooking.
